Overview

Bulk Upload allows admins to create multiple pathways at once using a CSV template.

Access Options

1. Navigate to Courses > Learning Pathways.

2. Select Bulk Upload.

1. Select Bulk Upload.

1. In the Bulk Upload modal:

   1. Click Download CSV template here.

   2. Fill out all columns in the file.

   3. Attach the completed CSV under Attach File.

2. Select Upload.

Results

• Pathways from your CSV are created and appear in the Learning Pathways list.

Troubleshooting

Upload is disabled.

• Confirm you attached a CSV file.

Upload fails or pathways don’t appear.

• Confirm you used the provided CSV template and did not change column headers.

• Check that required fields are filled out.

I need more help with formatting.
