Learning Pathways allow admins to bundle multiple courses into a structured learning experience. Pathways can include required and elective course blocks, optional sequencing rules, and enrollment windows and pricing. Learners can view pathway details and available course options from the Pathways experience.
Access Options
You can access Learning Pathways by:
Navigating to Courses in the left navigation.
Selecting Learning Pathways.
Your access depends on your role permissions:
Read access: View and search pathways.
Write access: Add pathways, bulk upload, and publish pathways (and edit/delete where supported).
What You Can Do on This Page
From the Learning Pathways page, you can:
View a list of pathways and key details.
Search for a pathway using the Search bar.
Add a new pathway using Add Pathway.
Bulk upload pathways using Bulk Upload.
Navigate records using pagination and row display controls.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see Learning Pathways in the left navigation.
You may not have the required permissions to access pathway configuration tools.
Add Pathway or Bulk Upload is missing or disabled.
You may have read-only permissions. Ask an admin to grant write access.
I can’t find the pathway I expect.
Use the Search bar and try a shorter keyword.
Confirm you are viewing the correct Instance (as displayed in the table).
