Overview
The Integrated Moodle LMS provides several methods for managing courses within the Learning Management System.
If you or your organization require administrator permissions for Integrated Moodle, please contact Noodle Support.
Viewing Course Categories
After logging into Moodle, you will see all courses in your organization listed on the Home tab. The will be grouped by category (these categories are the same as your NLP instances with an additional category for Master Courses and Course Development). These categories will list the number of courses they contain in parentheses.
Creating a Blank Course
Click on the category where you want to add the new course.
Click on More (on the right side of the window).
Then select Add a new course. (You will need a name and a short name for the course for it to be created.)
Managing Courses
Noodle has added a custom screen in our Integrated Moodle LMS to assist in the managing of courses. To manage your created courses, click on the Manager Dashboard link in the top menu.
Then, click on Access Tool under the Course Listing heading.
This screen will list all of the courses that you have access to in your organization. Using this tool, the courses can be sorted by each column or filtered by using the search box. Simply click on the course name to access the course.
