Integrated Moodle Overview

Overview

Noodle's NLP Platform provides the option to host your course materials on our Integrated Moodle LMS.  This learning management system provides a secure and customizable location to deliver your learning content, as well as, track and assess your learners.

Organizational Structure

Because this Moodle instance is integrated directly with the NLP Platform:

  • All NLP instances will have a matching category in the Integrated Moodle to promote a matching course organization.

  • In addition to the categories for each NLP instance, each organization includes categories for Master Courses and Course Development.

  • All students enrolled in courses via NLP will automatically be added to the appropriate course in the Integrated Moodle.

Administrative Functions

Each organization will be granted at least one user with administrator permissions.  This user will be able to:

  • View all of their organizations courses.

  • Add non-learners directly to courses within the LMS (including teachers and designers).

  • Create new courses as needed for continued course development.

  • Copy courses to prepare for a new offering.
