Instances Overview

Overview

The Instances page displays all instances you have access to in Noodle Learning Platform (NLP). From this page, admins can review instance details at a glance, search for a specific instance, and create a new instance.

What you can do on this page

From the Instances page, admins can:

  • View a list of instances and key fields, including Name, Domain, Admins, Members, Seats, Status, Requests, and ID

  • Search to quickly find a specific instance

  • Start creating a new instance using Create Instance

View instances

  1. In the left navigation, select Instances.

  2. Review the instances table and the key columns:

    • Name: Instance name

    • Domain: Instance URL/domain

    • Admins / Members: Counts by role

    • Seats: Seat count for the instance

    • Status: Instance status (ex: In Review)

    • Requests: Request-related column (if applicable)

    • ID: Internal instance identifier

Search for an instance

  1. In the top-right of the table, use the Search field.

  2. Type the instance name (or other identifying text visible in the table).

  3. Select the instance you want to review, or refine your search to narrow results.

Create a new instance

  1. On the Instances page, click Create Instance.

  2. Complete the required fields and settings (see: Create an Instance).
