Overview
Use the Members page to add new members to an instance and manage existing members.
With this functionality, admins are able to:
Add a member to the selected instance
Add members in bulk using a CSV upload (Bulk Actions)
Search and review member records
Update permission level for a member
Toggle whether a member is Active
Use row actions (⋮) to soft delete a member or adjust a member wallet
Add a Member
Navigate to Members.
Select the correct Instance using the dropdown at the top of the page.
In the Add Instance Members bar, enter:
First name
Last name
Email
Permission (Member or Admin)
Click Add.
Result: The member is added to the instance and appears in the Instance Members table.
Note: Partners that have enabled SSO in their instances will need to use the Invites tab to add members to their instances.
Add Members in Bulk (CSV)
Use a CSV upload to add multiple new members to an instance at once.
Navigate to Members.
Select the correct Instance using the dropdown at the top of the page.
Click Bulk Actions (top right).
In the modal, click Download CSV template here.
Fill out the template with the required member information (for example, member emails).
Upload the completed CSV under Attach File.
Click Upload.
Result: New members from the CSV are added to the instance and appear in the Instance Members table.
Tip: After bulk adding members, use Resend Invitations if members report they didn’t receive the invite email.
Update Member Permission
In the Instance Members table, locate the member you want to update.
In the Permission column, open the dropdown.
Select the new permission level.
Result: The member’s permission updates immediately (based on your configuration).
Toggle Active Status
In the Instance Members table, locate the member.
In the Active column, toggle the switch on or off.
Result: The member is activated or deactivated (based on your configuration).
Use Row Actions to Soft Delete or Adjust Wallet
In the Instance Members table, each member row includes an Actions (⋮) menu (also called a “kebab” menu). Use this menu to take additional actions on an individual member.
Soft Delete a Member
In the Instance Members table, locate the member you want to remove.
Click the Actions (⋮) menu.
Select Soft Delete Member.
Result: The member is soft deleted (deactivated) and may no longer be active in the instance.
Adjust a Member’s Wallet
In the Instance Members table, locate the member you want to manage.
Click the Actions (⋮) menu.
Select Adjust Wallet.
Complete the wallet adjustment details as prompted.
Submit to apply the update.
Result: The member’s wallet balance is adjusted and the change is reflected in the member’s wallet records.
