Overview
The Enrollments page allows admins to view learner enrollments across courses in an instance. From this page, you can search and review enrollment records and update select enrollment details (such as a learner’s grade, where applicable).
With this functionality, admins are able to:
View enrollment records across courses.
Search and sort enrollments to find specific learners or course enrollments.
Update enrollment details (e.g., grade) on an existing enrollment record.
Managing Enrollments
Log into your admin account and navigate to the Enrollments page.
In this page you are able to:
View a table of enrollments, including learner Email, First Name, Last Name, Instance, Course Name, Term, Section Code, and Grade (if applicable).
Filter enrollment records using the filter (funnel) icon next to table columns (where available). This allows you to narrow results by specific values (for example, filtering by Instance, Course Name, Term, or Section Code).
Use the Search bar to find a specific enrollment record.
Sort the enrollment table by column headers (where enabled).
Use pagination and row display controls to navigate large result sets.
Update an Enrollment Record
From the Enrollments table, locate the learner enrollment you want to update.
Select the Actions (⋮) menu on the far right of the row.
Click Edit (or the equivalent update action available in your environment).
In the Update Enrollment modal, review the learner and course information:
Learner Email (required)
Learner First Name (required)
Learner Last Name
Course Instance
Course Name
Course Term
Course Section Code
Update the fields you have permission to edit (for example, Grade).
Click Save Changes.
Result: The enrollment record is updated and the table reflects your changes.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see an edit option: You may not have the required permissions to update enrollments.
My changes won’t save: Confirm all required fields are filled and that your user role allows editing those fields.
I can’t find an enrollment: Use the Search bar and/or sort by Email or Course Name to narrow results.
